Hi Rory, Thank you for a superb job on our garage conversion and bungalow. We had a vision of it being a more open living useable space and we now have that. We very much appreciate the communications that kept us informed all along the way and the schedule of work provided so we knew what was happening next. The trade people were excellent - we were impressed with the quality of the workmanship throughout the last couple of months - please pass on our thanks to each of them - right through to the joiners who did the finishing touches this week. Your project management by you was very well thought out where everything went in sequence and in order. We have learnt some cumbrian saying along the way and we would have to say Anderson Builders "are the best this side of Shap". Thank you
Alison
Hi Rory, Just to say what a fantastic job you and your team have done of my garage conversion. I can't believe the outcome and also how quick the work has been done to a high standard. Your communication throughout has been absolutely fantastic with the schedule of work. The date that you gave at the start of the job was the final date for completion, and you kept to your word. I can't thank you enough. Much appreciated, and I will pass your name going forward. Kindest regards,
Allan Mitchell
We chose Rory and his team to renovate our utility room, install a new downstairs WC in what was previously a coal house, and convert our garage into a home office. We were very pleased with the results. As with any older house, a few unexpected problems came up during the work, but Rory handled everything professionally. He adapted where needed and suggested practical, well thought-out solutions throughout the project. The finished work was completed to a high standard, and everyone involved — from the plumber and electrician to the plasterers — was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. I would happily recommend Rory and his team, and I would definitely use them again for future projects.
